I can’t recommend Jenny enough. Her energy and skill is incredible! After a couple of sessions I have seen a massive improvement on my mood, sleep and cycles. I ALWAYS look forward to my regular  reflexology appointment.  Jenny takes time to ask questions before starting and listens to your answers to ensure your session is tailored to your needs for that appointment.  Her treatment room is very calming, you might arrive feeling a bit frazzled but you'll leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I’m a very infrequent Instagram user but I’m so thankful that on an odd occasion that I was using it, i came across a post by Jenny on her reflexology page, and have been going monthly ever since. Jenny’s treatroom room is a wonderful relaxing environment & during the colder months she always makes sure you are warm & comfortable with a heated blanket. I literally sink on to the treatment bed knowing I have an hour of ‘me time’ which is a blissful experience. Jenny has a chat at the start of each session, to find out how you have been so that she can provide a focused treatment depending on your needs e.g. sometimes it’s about tight  muscles, sometimes a good detox or just a general all over de-stress! One time I’d had some dental work done & Jenny worked her magic on my aching jaw via my feet of course! I could not recommend Jenny highly enough. My reflexology sessions are one of the real highlights of my week. The treatment room is a beautiful, calming space. Jenny could not make you feel more welcome or at ease - she is kind and truly cares about her clients. Each session starts with a quick chat to see how you're feeling - she listens and tailors each appointment to target what you need specifically from your time with her. I went to see Jenny after a chance moment of hearing about the work she does and results she has. I have been through a lot and felt “blocked”, not sleeping great, difficulty in keeping focus and not being able to relax. Results were almost immediate, I found my calm again. Jenny's treatment room is an oasis of calm, it's so cosy and always smells divine so you're relaxed even before the reflexology begins. Her consultations are really thorough and her intuition is spot on for knowing what's going to work for you in each session. Jenny is an amazing practitioner. Her therapy room is the cosiest spot that puts you immediately at ease. I leave treatments feeling well and truly relaxed, comforted and uplifted. Jenny is absolutely gifted! I have been seeing her for a few months now and her treatment is so relaxing and it has alleviated some of my long standing physical issues. I would highly recommend Jenny to anyone.
